At the just concluded Mobile Web West Africa event in Lagos, Nigeria (read here on CP-Africa for the full event synopsis), Nigerian Traffic Monitor, Traffic.com.ng was selected as the winning app at this year’s AppCircus@MobilewebWestAfrica.
